Vertigo, a vortical movement of rotation, circle, vortex, pirouette, change, dizziness, bewilderment, loss of balance, distortion of the senses, and vertigo as a theme of confusion, an idea of the rapport between being and not being, the loss of senses and sense, a disturbance in spatial perception with feelings of displacement of environment or body, like a momentary loss of mental and sentimental balance: themes that blucinQue and Cirko Vertico explore, the identifying theme of the vision of a project for a contemporary circus such as that of Vertigo and foundation for the poetry of the blucinQue company which, for some time – through dramaturgy and movement - has analyzed the themes of displacement, of feeling out of place, also in the sense of out of body, detached from ones own identity, in continuous movement, mutation and imbalance.
Vertigo, an idea of developing a language which further explores the dialogue between dance, circus, theatre, and live and electronic music. The desire to leap into the unknown, to inhabit unknown spaces and experiment new research and ideas.
On stage, actors and musicians will present their own experiences of vertigo, from the past, present and future, creating an articulated and original journey of image and sound which will provoke reflections on the constant condition of suspension and change in every one of us.
Duration: Un'ora senza intervallo
