Sixteen young actors and actresses present themselves to the world, as professionals and contemporary artists, as men and women of the present.

Women and men walk, they choose a place, and then another. They meet and clash. They become a single entity, a mass of individuals, a collective, a flock, a heard.
Fragments of images, atmospheres, shards of a collective life follow one after the other.
A body which becomes a “chorus”: witnesses to events which, in the “chorós”, the scenic place where one dances, dance and communicate with the body.
Chorós is a choreographic creation born in September 2017 for the “Luchino Visconti” course at the Piccolo Teatro’s “Luca Ronconi” School.
The initial idea was to work on the meaning of the choruses in Greek tragedy, examining their value through a language made up only of “movement”. From there, Chorós became a research and a professional experience for the AMR teatrodanza company.
Duration: one hour with no interval
