Stories of bullying, neighbourhood wars, homophobia. A hard, touching and never-so-realistic play which is staged - and lived - by inmates from Bollate prison. One story, multiple stories, which blend together and lead to a reflection on the meaning of humanity.
A strange arrogance due to the hardships of life which torments the lives of a number of people. Men who have used force to affirm their position and role in life. Then comes paradox and contradiction, and everything takes on a new light, much more authentic and “humane”, but also more difficult to support, because it demands acceptance of our fragility and that of the whole world. A world which pushes us and drives us to forceful actions in order to avoid taking responsibility for needs. Thus, one is left to decide how to survive in an “unstable” balance, like dance, and “allow ourselves to just be”, an attempt to at least feel that which is there.
Among the violence which is almost all too real, and the broken dreams pushed into a caged corner of our minds, between a gentleman thief and a baby gang in a park, the play Ci avete rotto il caos is a story like many others, and many stories that come together as one. But above all it is so much chaos that someone will have to decide to interrupt and resolve.
Duration: one hour without interval
