Caravansaray Selinunte San Siro is an artistic and social project that has been created in the community, placing the inhabitants of a marginalised district at the centre. Five writers in residence in the area have constructed a series of dialogues with the residents of San Siro, with the intermediation of Social Guardians, a service set up by the Municipality of Milan. The dialogues contain stories, life experiences and short narratives, lending a voice to the residents through a show that will be staged at the Piccolo Teatro Grassi with thanks to the collaboration of the Municipality of Milan. The days running up to the play will see short theatrical events in the district, in order to allow for the narration and daily sharing of some of the customs and traditions of the various ethnicities present in San Siro. The show is free of charge for the residents of the district and the entire city of Milan. A series of free buses will also be organised in order to transport the residents of the district from Piazzale Segesta to the Piccolo Teatro and back.

Safety measures for access to performances
• In order to avoid queues and crowing, spectators are invited to arrive at the place of performance in good time.
• It is possible to access the auditorium by showing your ticket directly from your smartphone.
• Spectators with a body temperature equal to or higher than 37.5°C will not be allowed access to the performance and will have the right to a refund for their ticket. The personnel at the entrance will have dedicated thermal scanners for measuring temperature.
• All spectators must wear face masks (general regulations apply for children) and sanitise their hands via the dedicated dispensers. Spectators without masks can ask for one at the entrance.
• The seating in the auditorium respects current distancing regulations.
